His work is focused on Stoic strategies that can be used to regain confidence, build emotional resilience, and master control over your emotions in order to approach any situation with strength and confidence.
Franco holds an M.A. in Philosophy, which he enhanced by studying for the Introduction to Stoicism Diploma’ from the Centre of Excellence Online Ltd. With his Roman roots, Franco was always interested in Stoicism, which originated in Ancient Greece and Rome. However, his interest in specializing in this school of philosophy was driven by personal crisis. With the loss of his job, his relationship, and almost his home, Franco was clear that he needed to take back control of his life. Having transformed his own situation and made it impossible for unforeseen events to dictate his experiences, he is passionate about helping others achieve the same benefits. Today he lives by his Stoic philosophy, and feels significant benefits in his everyday life.
